
Andrés R. Guerra is an associate attorney who joined Muro & Lampe in 2026.
Previously, Mr. Guerra worked for 12 years as an attorney specializing in immigration, removal defense, criminal, and family law. His work includes founding a non-profit in San Jose, California, specializing in post-conviction relief for noncitizens. Mr. Guerra made numerous bilingual media appearances on national television networks.
Mr. Guerra is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University and a graduate from Fordham University School of Law.
While at Fordham, Mr. Guerra served as Vice President of the Latin American Law Student Association and competed on Fordham’s Moot Court team, where he was a quarterfinalist in a national ABA moot court competition. He also served on the Moot Court Board, helping draft the Brief Category for the 2013 Kaufman Competition Tournament.
Mr. Guerra is admitted to practice in California and speaks English, Spanish, and French.
